Let the madness begin

I finally have had a couple of quiet to reflect on the last week. Talk about crazy.

• Broken stand mixer due to freak accident-1
• Mini cupcakes baked- 8 Dozen
• Cupcakes baked-17 Dozen (give or take a dozen)
• Fondant covered b-day cake-1

While I have loved every minute (minus the mixer breaking), this is calm compared to next week. 2 farmers markets & 50 Dozen cookies on the agenda. While I have the oven on if you need anything let me know. :)

The Journey Begins

After having a long time love affair with baking I finally took the plunge and started taking cupcake & cake orders from friends. What I thought would just be a couple of orders a month is quickly turning into a business. I'm so excited to see where this goes. In the next couple of days I will get a menu and pricing up.Here goes nothing :)
